Mr. Sabbagh has various skills in Internal & External Auditing fields at both public & private sectors. In addition Mr. Sabbagh is an Arab Certified Professional Accountant (ACPA), a member of the Arab Society for Certified Accountants (ASCA), a member of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), he holds an MBA in Finance from USA and a Bachelor degree in Accounting.
